We had our ultrasound yesterday and we are having a GIRL!
Margot Jessica Potter will be joining us mid December.
We are so excited. I was hoping for a girl. The ultrasound was pretty amazing. She was moving so much and it was so fun to see. Although the ultrasound technician took forever to tell us. I didn't realize ultrasounds were so long and it wasn't until almost the end that we found out. She is perfectly healthy and weighs 12 oz.
Last night we had a celebration dinner at my Mom's. We had all my childhood favorites with chocolate pudding! It was a celebration after all. Then we got out all of my baby things so we can wash them. There are some adorable little dresses, a coming home gown, hand knit blankets and sweaters, little hats and two adorable little wool coats. I am so excited to get them all washed and put away in the nursery. I am so happy. Really I can't stop smiling:)
CONGRATULATIONS!!!! I am so super excited, too! I cannot wait to meet little Margot, but in the meantime I look forward to all the shopping and showers!

ReplyDeleteHURRAY! I am so excited for you, and I am glad mom and baby are well :) Those ultrasounds are way cool. We hung them on the fridge after every appointment.
